The engineers hate the bid team, the sales team hates the bid team, the distribution teams hate the bid team. All anybody talks about is how inefficient and stressful all of the challenges that come with working at Tripp Lite really come with. Information is not shared between departments and more time is spent fighting internally with the bid team than doing your job. Everyone is out for themselves and nobody works together. There is no real company culture or team environment at Tripp Lite. If you're looking to love your job and minimize the levels of stress in your life, Tripp Lite is NOT the right company for you.
